Email content is not transmitted to CypherX Technologies servers for analysis.

We do not sell our user data.

Limited operational data (such as purchase confirmation, email address, and beta access status) may be processed to provide access to the product, deliver support, and manage the closed beta.

CypherX Technologies is committed to complying with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and is committed to handling personal data responsibility and transparently.

Terms

CypherSeal is currently offered as a paid closed beta.

The software is provided on an “as-is” basis during beta period. Features, detection logic and functionality may change or evolve during this time.

CypherX Technologies makes no guarantees regarding the prevention of fraud or financial loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CypherX Technologies shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use beta software.
